Remote but we would prefer someone who is able to travel to our corporate offices either in Makati or in Baguio for special meetings, events, and monthly meet-ups.
Recent Talent Sourcing or Recruitment experience is required.
About the Role
As a Sourcing Specialist at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality talent across corporate and hotel operations functions. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver proactive sourcing strategies that support IHG’s growth and hiring priorities.
