About the Role
As a Sourcing Manager based in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will lead tactical procurement for cutting‑edge hardware, sensor technologies, and core chemical components within Roche’s diagnostic portfolios. You will transform routine transactional requests into strategic, value‑adding solutions, driving cost savings and ensuring global supply reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end sourcing activities including RfIs, RfQs, RfPs, and market benchmarking for on‑market products and new product introductions.
- Analyse user requirements and aggregate demand to maximise leverage; escalating non‑standard requests to Category Management.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (timelines, milestones, resources) and proactively mitigate risks.
- Set up template‑based contracts (CDAs, SOWs), manage full lifecycle, track repository and renewals.
