Job Description
Our client, a leading entity in the industry, is seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a contract‑based opportunity to contribute to innovative projects at the forefront of the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to effectively manage local sourcing for a center basin or country portfolio to maximize supplier performance and support the business plan.
- Manage a team of Sourcing Specialists.
- Collaborate with the Tender team during the proposal and tender phases to create sourcing plans that secure supply and minimize supply chain disruptions in accordance with category sourcing strategies.
- Estimate budgets and monitor sourcing projects to assure on‑time completion and guaranteed supply for all portfolios.
