Understanding of the procurement practices of Datacentre works i.e MEP works, Power systems, Cooling systems. Develop and execute complex cost modelling and Zero Down benchmarking for the respective components. Lead high-stakes commercial and contract negotiations with Global OEMs, Value added Distributors and the implementation partners. Working Exposure with Global OEMs like Fortinet , Cisco , Juniper , Red hat , VMware , F5, Splunk , Arista ,TrendMicro , Trellix , Delta , Schneider , Vertiv, HPE , Dell etc. Design and implement cost-efficient supply chain processes for technically advanced systems.
