Sourcing Buyer

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Buyer to drive category strategies and support end‑to‑end procurement processes. This role involves category strategy development and implementation, supplier management and performance, contract negotiation, savings, risk management, and compliance.

• Develop and execute category strategies using spend analysis and internal/external insights to guide sourcing decisions and identify best‑value suppliers.
• Build positive and collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive performance, innovation, and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure cost visibility, value delivery, and long‑term partnership quality.
