Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
  • Enforce safe working methods and conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
  • Respond to emergencies as required.
• Operations Management
  • Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing of packages, including defective items and returns.
  • Ensure sorting operations are completed correctly and efficiently.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
  • Unload trailers, verify freight against manifests, assign labor, unload pallets, and assist with sorting packages.
