Position: Sort Centre Supervisor
Contract Type: Permanent – 40 hours
Location: Ryton
Shift: Days / Mon - Fri

What you’ll do
- Oversee and supervise processes and procedures within the Sort Centre daily.
- Manage and lead a large team, ensuring performance and efficiencies are in place and are maintained daily.
- Communicate effectively and involve team in quality improvement groups to drive efficiencies.
- Handle daily financial activities required for office performance, budgets and manpower planning requirements.
- Ensure all quality checks are carried out in line with company process and procedures.
- Adopt a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with staff, customers and visitors.
