About the Position

Ensure strategic alignment among key company areas (Business, Operations, R&D, and Finance) to guarantee optimal production capacity in the mid- to long-term (12 months – 5 years), meeting business objectives, operational efficiency, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the S&OP; process is aligned with corporate strategy.
• Define key performance indicators, set objectives, and monitor performance.
• Develop mid- and long-term plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a long-term view of the product portfolio, including launches and phase‑outs.
• Collaborate with key areas to ensure efficiency in product presentations and capacity planning.
