S&OP Hub Lead - Americas Planning & Operations

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking an S&OP Manager for its regional NSA Planning Hub team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. In this role, you will oversee the S&OP function across multiple Operating Companies in the Americas Region.

Your main responsibilities include managing a team of planners, ensuring effective communication between operational planning and the Regional process, and defining annual KPI targets. A high level of English proficiency and strong leadership skills are required.
