Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for curating and managing the resort’s wine experience while supporting the delivery of exceptional dining moments for our guests. The Sommelier plays an important role in elevating the overall guest journey through expert wine recommendations, strong product knowledge, and attentive service.
The Sommelier is responsible for maintaining and developing the resort’s wine programme, ensuring the wine list reflects both international standards and the dining concepts within the resort. You will guide guests through the wine selection process, offering thoughtful recommendations that complement menu offerings and enhance the overall dining experience.
