Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wine Sommelier to join our team. As a Wine Sommelier, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality wine service. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the wine stock, providing knowledgeable and attentive service, and supporting the overall beverage operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Wine Stock Management
• Assist in the delivery, organization, and management of wine stock, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and recorded accurately. Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring stock rotation and the safe storage of wines. Assist in monthly stock takes and help with ordering when necessary.
