Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
• Conduct advanced facial and skincare treatments.
• Perform laser aesthetic treatments in accordance with industry standards and clinic protocols.
• Recommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and homecare routines.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
• Achieve individual treatment and retail sales targets.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, products and treatment techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Be available to work Saturdays as required.
