Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform professional skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans.
Conduct advanced facial and skincare treatments.
Perform laser aesthetic treatments in accordance with industry standards and clinic protocols.
Recommend and educate clients on appropriate skincare products and homecare routines.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene and safety standards.
Achieve individual treatment and retail sales targets.
Keep up to date with industry developments, products and treatment techniques.
Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Be available to work Saturdays as required.
