Solution Manager - SIWA, AI & Digital Factory Automation

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Solution Manager - SIWA, AI & Digital Factory Automation in Chennai, India.This role will manage SIWA-related solution requests across AI, shop floor automation, digital factory, warehouse, and logistics process automation areas. The role will act as the product and solution management interface between business stakeholders, factory teams, technical delivery teams, and deployment groups to convert business needs into scalable digital solutions.What a typical day looks like:

Manage intake, assessment, prioritization, and backlog ownership for SIWA-related AI, shop floor automation, digital factory, warehouse, and logistics automation requests.

Work with business stakeholders, factory teams, Global Capability Owners, architects, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and define solution scope.
