As part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time, within budget, and scope. Your main responsibilities include:

- Work closely with the Sales teams during the pre‑sales phase to define customer needs and demonstrate our solutions’ value.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Gather, lead, and federate project teams (both internal and external) to prepare key‑account rollouts.
- Coordinate the various steps of the process, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to share with clients and internal staff.
