Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly technical, customer-focused Solution Engineer to bridge the gap between our product, sales, and client success teams. This role is responsible for understanding customer challenges, designing tailored AI-driven solutions, delivering compelling technical demonstrations and supporting successful deployments. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and business value with executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and data architecture
- Strong experience working with and understanding of AI/ML, automation platforms, or SaaS products
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
