Solution Design Engineer

We’re looking for a Solution Designer who is curious about what’s next in AI and knows how to turn that curiosity into real, practical outcomes. In this role, you’ll stay on top of emerging AI trends and technologies, bring that knowledge into our environment, and quickly build a strong understanding of our internal AI tool stack. From there, you’ll act as a trusted advisor—guiding teams on which tools to use for specific use cases, especially when it comes to process automation and intelligent solutions.

The role is not just about knowing the tools, but about making the right choices. You’ll design solutions that are fit for purpose, explain your reasoning clearly, and confidently defend your approach in front of architects and technical stakeholders.
