Solution Architect - HR Transformation

Boots is looking for a Solution Architect – HR Transformation for our Technology team in Nottingham, Beeston. The Solution Architect will lead the end‑to‑end solution design for a major HR transformation programme, defining the target architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and guiding implementation of HR platform modules such as Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment and Learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall HR platform architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and transformation goals.
• Translate business requirements into robust, integrated and compliant solution designs.
• Lead the creation of end‑to‑end process flows, data models, and security frameworks.
