This is a senior role in a firm who have a very good reputation across Buckinghamshire and Northampton. We are seeking an experienced fee earner in Residential Property matters, where you will manage your own files, and develop professional relationships with the introducers. Key will be your skills in ensuring client conveyancing matters are handled promptly.
This position comes with full administration and secretarial assistance for initial enquiries, searches, reports and post completion work, enabling you to advise clients on relevant matters connected to their transaction. The work will be mixed with properties valued at £200k - £ The firm use a CMS and the work will include both Sales and Purchases for freehold and leasehold properties.
