Our client is a two Partner firm offering a variety of high street legal services and there is an opening for a Qualified Conveyancer to support clients and develop relationships with the introducers across a broad and mixed caseload of residential property matters to include:
* Sales & purchases
* Freehold and Leasehold
* New Builds
* Help to Buy
* Shared Ownership
We are seeking someone who can be quite self sufficient and take responsibilities for their own work. A fee earning residential property professional who is also outgoing and confident to open up and develop relationships with the local estate agents and also work internally to develop more traction for the property team. We are seeking someone who is happy to work in a fee earning environment, and ensure compliance/AML and files are kept updated. The caseload is manageable with scope for further development.
