Job Description
If you are seeking a conveyancing career change, we have a friendly legal firm, with a small team who have a good referral in place who are seeking someone who can manage a caseload unsupervised.
You will have secretarial support and be comfortable with 10 - 15 completions a month. The work is of a good quality around the Harpenden and surrounding area and you will be someone who puts client care at the top of the agenda.
You will have support to open files, requesting searches and post completion matters to enable you to manage sales & purchases for a variety of freehold and leasehold properties. This is a replacement role and there are files to take over from day one where you will work on an hourly rate which you can negotiate with each client to enhance your billings.
We are seeking someone who enjoys their work, the firm use LEAP, and there is scope for this to develop into a Head of Dept role quickly if this is a career aspiration.
