An established and highly regarded law firm is expanding its presence and is now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy office. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership from day one - perfect for someone who's ready to step into a position with real momentum and purpose.
You'll handle a steady and varied flow of work, typically managing 25-35 new instructions each month. Your caseload will span the full spectrum of residential property matters, from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. You'll run files from instruction through to completion and beyond, with the autonomy to manage your workload while being backed by a knowledgeable and approachable team.
