Solicitor/Associate - Property Damage

DWF are expanding our Commercial Insurance team and we are seeking a Solicitor or Associate to advise in the field of property damage claims.

The Commercial Insurance team work with a prestigious client base and handle a varied caseload of complex insurance‑related property disputes, including first‑party property damage (FPPD), third‑party property damage (TPPD), product liability , policy coverage , and subrogated recoveries .

This role can be based in any of our regional offices including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool or Birmingham with the option of our hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• To manage your own caseload of property related claims, and also assist as a part of a wider team on various large loss matters.
