If you are a Solicitor with property experience, then we want to hear from you. Our client is in search of a motivated 2+ year PQE Solicitor to join their Wellington based practice, in their Real Estate team.
About the role
This is a role within a market leading private practice, led by highly experienced Partners. Working collaboratively with teams across other practice areas, advising a wide range of both domestic and international clients such as leading developers, landlords, tenants, local and central government. The team work on matters such as large-scale development projects, commercial leasing's, and acquisitions and disposals.
About you
You’ll have 2+ years PQE, in either commercial property or real estate law and be driven to join a highly successful team. You’ll have strong transactional capabilities, and research skills. You’ll also:
