The Court of Protection is the judicial body responsible for making decisions relating to the management of finances and other affairs of those individuals who lack the mental capacity to do so themselves. As one of the UK’s leading firms of solicitors, we have a dedicated and experienced team who specialise in all matters relating to the Court of Protection.

This is a superb opportunity to join our Partner Damian Hodkinson, who acts as a professional deputy for people who have lost capacity to manage their financial affairs. The successful candidate will receive instruction from the deputy to support with, providing services to manage the property and affairs of individuals who have lost capacity due to either serious illnesses as a result of, for example road traffic accidents and injuries at birth or elderly clients who for example have developed illnesses such as dementia.
