Job Description
The Legal Counsel - Construction/Commercial will be:
Assisting with the delivery of high quality legal advice across commercial and contracts matters
Drafting and reviewing construction, funding and other commercial agreements
Supporting procurement and negotiation activity on high value project work
Advising internal stakeholders on contractual and legal risk issues
Assisting with statutory advice where required
