Solar Service Engineer (Andalucía)

Responsibilities

• Provide installation training to customers/installer and ensure all Huawei equipment is installed safely, reliably, and properly.
• Provide transformer station/inverter commissioning instructions: power on and configure the equipment, ensuring normal operation.
• Provide monitoring system operation instructions: build and use the Huawei monitoring system, ensuring communication and monitoring functions work normally and are clear to customers.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioned equipment: locate faults via remote support or on-site service and instruct customers or maintenance personnel to recover the faulty equipment.
• Perform hardware replacement: disassemble faulty equipment, install replacement, and return the faulty unit.
