Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Manage and close sales opportunities from Company-generated leads (inbound/outbound).
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and present solar solutions.
- Educate homeowners on solar benefits, financing options (where applicable), and the installation process.
- Deliver accurate proposals, handle objections, and guide customers through contract execution.
Pipeline Management & Self-Generated Business
- Develop and execute a personal prospecting strategy to create self-sourced opportunities (referrals, canvassing where permitted, events, networking groups, partnerships, etc.).
