Software Support Engineer, AFT Quality

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers Amazon’s global fulfillment network by designing and building the software, hardware and processes that enable our customers to get what they want, when they want it. We put innovation into action, working alongside our employees in the FCs to move billions of customer orders through our Fulfillment Centers globally. As part of this vision, AFT Quality's Perceptive Fulfillment Foundations division builds, deploys, and maintains several CV systems like Omniscan, AFEX3, CVAP, Metis, Thea, VBI, and IDT. The deployment scale of these systems is in the order of a few hundred every year. These systems provide several PB of data from various FCs worldwide. This data is critical to generate foundational insights that facilitate downstream business specific decision making of fulfillment operations for various process paths across FTR.
