Software Support Engineer (ADMS)

The Role

Schneider Electric Digital Grid Solutions provide real-time systems that help utilities run their electricity networks safely and efficiently. These include solutions like ADMS, GIS, DERMS, and other grid technologies.

We are looking for a Software Support Engineer (SPOC) to join our APAC Support team in Malaysia.

In this role, you will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers. This means you are the main person customers go to for support. You will coordinate issues, manage communication, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to end.

What will you do?

• Be the main point of contact for your customers, building strong relationships and trust.
• Run regular meetings (monthly, weekly, and as needed) to keep everyone aligned and informed.
