Software Quality Process Improvement Consultant

Responsibilities

• Map the current state of quality processes and identify the main sources of risk and rework
• Design and implement testing frameworks (functional, integration, and security) for systems integrated via Red Hat SSO
• Structure quality pipelines in environments with centralized authentication — validating OAuth2/OIDC flows, token management, and roles & permissions control
• Define quality metrics and indicators that make sense for the business — not just test coverage
• Enable development teams with best practices, documentation, and sustainable quality rituals
• Serve as the technical reference in discussions about test architecture and the organization’s quality strategy
