Job Summary:
We are seeking a collaborative, people-first Product Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of India-based technology professionals, including developers, QA/QEs, architects, business analysts, and project managers. This leader will focus on effective people management, team cohesion, and alignment with US-based product and technology initiatives. Each engineer reporting to the Product Engineering Manager may be assigned to different product teams, often supporting efforts led by counterparts in the US.
The Product Engineering Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for India-based staff and will coordinate closely with US technology leaders, project owners, and local functions (HR, facilities, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality employee experience.
