The purpose of this role is to lead the efficient delivery of build artefacts and provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of QBE’s platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Align consulting services and project focus with IT strategic objectives by collaborating with business and IT teams to develop plans and strategies that support the overall strategic direction.
• Manage the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Resolve or elevate issues promptly in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Deliver solutions that meet customers’ needs and assess the impact of those solutions on customers.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
