Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring stable IT operations by managing incidents, problems, changes, SLAs, monitoring, and continuous service improvement, ensuring high availability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required education : Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise : Candidate should have a working knowledge of Database technologies, Working knowledge of Linux and basic knowledge of service management framework.
Preferred technical and professional experience : ITIl education or certification is preferred
