Job Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. Build and enhance automation frameworks using POM, Hybrid, or BDD (Cucumber/TestNG). Automate functional, regression, and cross browser test scenarios for web applications. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Analyze test failures, debug issues, and collaborate with development and QA teams for resolution. Ensure scalable, maintainable automation by improving framework structure, reusability, and performance. Participate in test planning, automation strategy, and continuous improvement activities. Your Profile 4-8 years of strong programming experience in Java (OOPs, Collections, Streams, Exception Handling). Hands on expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation (locators, waits, dynamic elements). Experience with TestNG/JUnit and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
