Agents Only Technology is an AI-driven CX and Data Annotation platform connecting modern brands with a global network of over 20,000 Gig Professionals. We help companies scale customer support intelligently through Star Rating, workforce management tools, and on-demand talent technology.
As we grow our engineering team, we are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to build scalable systems that directly power real-world CX operations for global clients.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, test, and ship software applications and internal systems
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with long-term scalability in mind
Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and product teams on development initiatives
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, supporting continuous system improvement
