Key Responsibilities
- Communicate verbally and in writing with NCRV customers to understand and document requirements.
- Analyze requirements and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop a detailed design to implement the proposed solution efficiently.
- Estimate projected effort accurately to support profitable project delivery.
- Document test cases at unit and integration levels.
- Develop code and/or lead programming efforts, whether onshore or offshore.
- Oversee offshore testing activities to ensure code functions as intended.
- Provide support for the code if issues are reported.
- Adhere to estimated effort while delivering high‑quality software on schedule.
