**Position Summary...**
**What you'll do...**
As a Software Engineer III, you will design and implement payment allocation logic for Transaction and Post Transaction system. You will develop and maintain REST APIs with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, idempotency, and resiliency and own services end-to-end — deployment, monitoring, observability, and production issue resolution. This role is for backend engineering, with close collaboration across the broader team such as backend services, Front end, Orchestration Layer, product, and design team to deliver reliable, scalable, and intuitive experiences for millions of Walmart customers. You will also be closely working with architects to review/present the new designs.
