We’re looking for a Software Engineer who enjoys working across the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and improving existing systems, through to design, build, testing, deployment and ongoing support. This role suits someone who’s hands‑on, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with a lot of autonomy. What you’ll be doing

Backend development using Python (and Django) to build, improve and support internal software systems

Refactoring and debugging existing codebases, identifying issues and implementing clean, maintainable solutions

Working across the full SDLC — design, implementation, verification, deployment and production support
