Job Description
MongoDB is currently building out a team based in Mexico City to execute current and upcoming Performance Testing.This is a dedicated team to execute competitive performance testing, benchmarking MongoDB against competitors.As this is a new team, we are seeking experienced engineers who can bring their own background, learnings, and insight as we build out processes to scale our work and team over time.The testing roadmap of the team is made up of long-term strategic testing plans in order to gain more insight and build documentation on the competitive landscape compared to MongoDB.In parallel, the testing roadmap will also be made up of short-term tests that will come up more spontaneously and as-needed.This role will require you to be in contact with Engineering, Product, and Sales.The Performance Testing Engineers will report directly to a local Performance Testing Lead, who reports to a Director of Industry Solutions Team (IST).
