As a Software Development Manager, you will report to the Director of Financial Services Foundations and play a key role in creating an inclusive culture. Your strong technical background will help you guide a high-performing team tasked with creating scalable cloud-based software. You will coordinate closely with Product teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and motivate software developers solving complex Financial Services problems
• Manage a team through collaboration with a Technical Lead
• Align on team priorities with architects and Product teams
• Identify and remove impediments to team delivery
• Plan professional growth for individual team members
