Your Role – Software Development Manager

You will lead a Booking engineering team that shapes the patient scheduling and communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating an environment where developers deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and practitioners.
• Building solid communication rhythms within the team and across Booking.
• Guiding the team through iterative planning and delivery while improving engineering discipline.
• Coaching developers to grow their craft and fostering a learning mindset.
• Partnering with Product and Design to solve the most meaningful problems.
• Supporting the team in using AI tools responsibly across the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience (or equivalent).
