Job Description
Event Organizer
Work hand in hand with the clients, our Operations Manager, and our Facilitators, helping to plan and deliver quality Team Building programs for our clients around the Philippines.
Handle general office work: inbound calls/emails, encoding, scheduling, keeping office organized, upkeep of our online properties (Facebook, website, etc.). Primary work would be drafting proposals, presentations for our clients, and assisting during client meetings.
Base salary dependent on prior experience, education, and skill set. Commission and bonus dependent on performance and work level status.
Eligible for:
- College graduate or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Restaurant Management, or related courses.
- Age range 20-30 years old.
Skills needed:
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
