<p>Under general guidance, the RPA / AI Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with the Information Security organization to analyse current-state business processes and develop automated workflows. This role involves building scalable automation using RPA platforms, Agentic AI workflows, and advanced ChatBot technologies to improve operational efficiency and digital capabilities. The AI Engineer will develop and support RPA Projects and AI-driven chatbot solutions for cross-functional teams across our diverse and growing Infosec organization. This role will also demand building AI Agents that can reason and interact with users and other systems.
