Job Description
- Provide end-to-end IT application support, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, recovery, restoration, tracking, and closure of incidents.
- Support production issues, system changes, enhancements, and new application implementations in line with SOP and SLA requirements.
- Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, project teams, and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
- Perform system maintenance activities and support testing across SIT, UAT, regression, production, and disaster recovery environments.
- Monitor system performance and availability, configure automated alerts, and take proactive action to prevent service disruption.
- Support application batch runs, UAT batch processing, and authorized operational activities such as TCP port reset.
- Manage incident logging and ticket queues by acknowledging, monitoring, updating, escalating, and closing tickets on time.
