This is 12-month agency contract role (possibility of renewal/extension) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate will lead project activities across all phases, including: Gather and analyze business requirements assess feasibility and manage scope Prepare compliant requirement documentation to minimize rework Maintain scope control, update RTM, and logout-of-scope items Develop technical design and participate in reviews Configure and manage hardware, software, servers, and documentation Contribute to coding and code reviews Support testing (integration, system, UAT) and implementation Prepare manuals and conduct user/operator training Provide post-implementation and production support Escalate critical issues (e.g., scope creep) to managem...
