Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to be the founding engineer of a Quality and Automation platform powering Tez CX, the customer experience layer for Quick Commerce across 8+ global marketplaces. If you want to build something from scratch that changes how an entire organization ships software, this is the role.
Quick Commerce is one of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon. Customers expect delivery in minutes, tolerance for defects is near zero, and the cost of switching to a competitor is a single tap. Tez CX serves millions of customers across India, MENA, North America, Europe, UK, and Japan, and every new marketplace we launch multiplies the surface area for quality risk.
