Soft FM Services Supervisor

To conduct regular onsite inspections and audits of third‑party service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and airport authority standards for soft services. This role ensures that service delivery aligns with the expectations outlined in the Contract and Service Operation Manuals.

• Oversee and monitor the day‑to‑day delivery of soft services (cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, etc.) performed by third‑party service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits in Maximo to verify service compliance against agreed KPIs, scope of work, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure adherence to safety protocols, airport regulations, and managing agent standards.
