Summary The Mental Health Department at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center is seeking to hire a Social Worker. This position is located at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Toledo, Ohio. This is a Mental Health Clinical Social Work position in the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Program with an emphasis on outreach, and case/Care management and treatment services for homeless veterans. Responsibilities Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Major duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Provide services supporting the functional abilities of veterans who are struggling with issues of homelessness utilizing a Housing First approach.
