Permanent, full‑time rostered shifts: 08:00‑16:30 & 15:00‑23:00 across 7 days. Location: North Shore Hospital Liaison Psychiatry with deployment across SMHAS acute continuum.

About the role

The Flexible Crisis Team (Flexi Team) supports mental health care through flexible staff deployment across the acute continuum of care, including Mental Health ED/Liaison Services and Community Acute Crisis Teams. This role involves working rostered shifts in a fast‑paced acute environment, contributing to maintaining safety, reducing unnecessary admissions and supporting care in the least restrictive environment.
